David has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He is a business owner, director and management professional with more than 25 years of experience in the finance, mining services, industrial supply, and agricultural industries.

He has been the managing director of IPC since August 2015 and became  owner in 2016.  Since then he has grown IPC to be a multidisciplined maintenance  service provider.
